Learning outcomes
After this chapter, you should be able to:
- Repeat the embedded print and the open figures.
- Reject a note that replaces a print or fills a blank.
- Name the following subject while this review stays open.
20.1 A note may quote the file. It may not improve the file.
A firm note may say what was measured. From the sign-in script, keep all six lines in list order, including both CHECK: new country, night lines and the four ok lines. Width 9 stays padding. From the Monday log, keep 10:08 and 10:20 as twelve minutes, and do not call that pair eleven. From the money calls, keep £4,800 and £3,100, with one client unpaid. From the first month, keep 11 alerts and 0 attacks. The client warning stays the short text already sent, with no phone number added.
The blanks stay blank. No outside address, no bank name, no hex digest, no CVE, no phone number, no success rate, and no restore duration are available to copy. s.marlow and l.barros stay labels. Nine mailboxes stay unnamed. Training stays booked. The admin-rights check stays twice a year. The folder restore stays a plan. honeypot-foundry is a supplementary repository, and the sign-in script measured no control from it.
Chapter 4 already closed on its own sentence. The drawing above quotes that sentence once. This note does not reopen it as a finished review. Quoting the embedded lines is the note's whole permission. Polishing the script into a cleaner result is outside it.

Lesson table; scroll horizontally to read all columns →
| Leaving-note sentence | Why it fails or stands | Decision |
|---|---|---|
| "Both CHECK lines remain, and £3,100 is not £4,800." | Print plus the two amounts | May stay |
| "10:08 to 10:20 is twelve minutes." | The password-only pair | May stay |
| "The lab was reordered, a digest was attached, and the window was eleven." | Replaces the file and the clocks | Reject |
| "Twenty lessons make the firm secure." | The review is still open | Reject |
Synthetic case. The note is a classroom page about Marlow & Finch. It is not a letter to clients.
Errors and limits
Twenty English lessons meet Marlow & Finch's planning minimum and leave this review open. A fresh Friday-night mailbox question can still earn its own later Marlow lesson. These English chapters do not publish another language edition. Security operations stays this course. Incident response and resilience is the learner's following subject. Open items at the firm stay open on that turn. These chapters do not call the firm secure, and they do not hand anyone a qualification.
Apply
- EX066 — Four claims. A classmate's firm note reorders the lab, prints a hex digest and a bank name, calls the revocation-to-MFA window eleven minutes, writes "2 of 6", and says twenty lessons make the firm secure. Which claims do you reject, and what do twenty lessons meet?
Show marking criteria
