18.1 Acceptance is the condition. The book does not date it.
Leah's notes sit in a restricted folder and are to be deleted after the review is accepted. She used a vendor test application with fictitious details, and she checked screenshots so that no member information appeared. A classmate writes an acceptance date and says the folder is already empty. The book states the condition and does not state the date. Leah does not invent one. She does not claim the notes are gone, and she does not add a member name to a screenshot.

Errors and limits
An undated condition can be mistaken for a finished chore. The condition is still the rule, and the chore is not shown as done.
