- Keep the appointment reason as a finding about the mail that was described.
- Treat removal as a quarter outcome rather than a completed send.
- Refuse a claim that a later confirmation is already clean.
8.1 The cheap change is still ahead of the evidence
Chapter 3 found that appointment confirmations include the reason, which can reveal health or financial hardship, and that dropping that content would lower privacy risk without stopping the booking. Chapter 4 listed the removal among the quarter's outcomes. A classmate points at that list and says clients no longer receive the reason. The file contains no cleaned sample and no date on which the template changed. A confirmation that still shows the reason is the old content. The engineer does not invent a message body, and this lesson does not reconfigure the email relay.
8.2 Worked example

Synthetic case. No client message is drafted. The reason stays a type of content, not a quoted illness.
Errors and limits
Leaving the outcome open does not mean the extra content is harmless. It means the file has not yet shown the change.
