A["Decision record selects individual accounts"] --> B["Manager approves the six-month plan"]
B --> C{"Does the file show mailboxes issued?"}
C -->|No| D["Keep the choice and the plan line"]
C -->|Yes| E["That issuance would be its own record"]
A written choice names the work. It does not open the mailboxes.
Logical drawing
chapter 1 record
choice: individual accounts with shared inbox access
reason: member queries traceable to the person who answered
loan baseline, both exports
shared_accounts=0
|
+-- that key is the loan system, not the branch email
+-- the plan still lists the email change
+-- no mailbox list is in the file
Learning outcomes
After this chapter, you should be able to:
- Keep the email decision as a recorded choice.
- Tell an approved plan line apart from accounts already issued.
- Leave
shared_accounts=0as a loan-system result.
5.1 The record selects a design. It does not show the mailboxes.
Chapter 1 writes Leah's choice: individual accounts that can open one shared inbox, so a member query can be traced to the person who answered. Chapter 4 puts that choice on the six-month plan, and her manager approves the page. A classmate reads the approval as proof the tellers already have those accounts, and points at shared_accounts=0 in the loan export. That key passed in the first loan run and again in the second. It describes the loan system, not the branch email the tellers share. Leah does not invent a mailbox list. The decision and the plan stay. The issuance is not in the file.
5.2 Worked example
Lesson table; scroll horizontally to read all columns →
| What someone cites | What the file holds | Decision |
|---|---|---|
| The decision record | Individual accounts with shared inbox access | Keep the choice |
| The manager approves the plan | The email line is still on that page | Keep the line |
shared_accounts=0 |
A loan setting that already passed | Leave it on the loan export |
| "The mailboxes are therefore open." | No issuance record | Refuse |
Synthetic case. No mailbox is created in this lesson. The branch email gap stays a recorded choice.
Errors and limits
Leaving the mailboxes unissued does not cancel the accountability reason. It refuses a result the file does not contain.
