20.1 The note repeats the file

A leaving note may say what was already written down. Sofia classifies an item by whether Juniper can link it to a living person, then by whether it states or reveals a condition, then by whether the person would expect the use. Loyalty number 44021 is personal data without a name. It is not health data until a line such as insulin is added. Counter photos need no customers in the frame, or a permission the file actually holds. The signed scope lets her look at settings, the notice, filing method, staff access and CCTV signs. It excludes individual records, contacting customers and changing settings. The storeroom report has place, time and what she saw. The room was locked. Shredding was arranged and has no destruction date in the log. Four vendors are on the map. Dispensing and the newsletter tool had Article 28 terms. Loyalty and delivery are still in negotiation. CCTV is overwritten after thirty days. Loyalty, delivery and never-opened newsletter mail still have no written end, and the professional prescription period is not replaced. The published lab lines stay fields collected 10; not needed for any stated purpose 5 (50%). The two-week form asked for five fields, and that export had totals and non-medicine categories. A later file that names insulin leaves the content action open.

Synthetic case. The note cites the file. It adds no customer name, no signature date, no day-count and no takings figure.

Errors and limits

Meeting the planning minimum of 20 lessons leaves independent review open. A learner cannot collect a certificate from the chapter count, and these pages do not advise a real pharmacy. There is no maximum: a later decision can add a lesson. These English chapters do not publish another language edition. Chapter 4 named governance, risk and compliance as Sofia's next course. That handoff does not settle Juniper's open lines, and it does not finish this book.
