Learning outcomes

After this chapter, you should be able to:

  1. Keep the test screenshot in the encrypted folder on the shop computer.
  2. Refuse a copy on a personal phone.
  3. Leave the invented customer's name out of the slides.

14.1 The invention limits the record. It does not change the phone.

When Sofia needed an example of a screen, the pharmacist created a test customer with an invented name, and the screenshot went into the encrypted folder on the shop computer. A colleague wants that picture on Sofia's phone so a slide can be built on the way home. The review already keeps notes off personal phones. The fact that the customer is invented does not move the folder. Sofia refuses the copy. She also does not write the invented name into the slide, because the file never records that name and this lesson will not supply one. Destroying notes at the end of the review is a later clearing of stray copies. It is not a reason to make an extra copy now.

14.2 Worked example

Lesson table; scroll horizontally to read all columns →

Request Where the picture would sit Decision
Leave the screenshot in the encrypted shop folder The place already chosen Accept
Send it to her personal phone for a slide Outside the review Refuse
Type the test customer's name on the title slide A name the file does not hold Do not invent it
Photograph a live screen of a real customer instead Excluded by the signed page Refuse

Synthetic case. The test customer's name is not stated. Do not add one.

Errors and limits

Refusing the phone copy does not say the encrypted folder has already been emptied. Clearing notes at the end of the review is its own step, and this chapter does not date that clearing.

Worked answers

EX068. Refuse the phone copy. The shop folder remains the place. Do not write the invented name. A real customer's screen is still excluded.
