Three shops do not become one file.

Logical drawing

Juniper
    three shops
about 9,000 regular customers, not split in the file
owner
    approved the five actions
two-week file
    one form, one export
        |
+-- approval is not a check of every till
+-- the first export stays the first export
+-- shop names are not invented

Learning outcomes

After this chapter, you should be able to:

  1. Keep the owner's approval as a decision for the business.
  2. Refuse to paste one till export onto the other two shops.
  3. Leave the customer figure unsplit.

11.1 Approval and verification are different sentences

The owner approved the five actions for Juniper. The two-week check then describes one sign-up form and one till export. Juniper has three shops. Nothing in the review file says the same export was taken from the other two tills. A classmate writes "all shops passed" beside the first result. Sofia leaves the other two tills unchecked in the log. She does not divide the figure of about 9,000 regular customers by shop, and she does not name the shops. The first export remains evidence about the file she opened.

11.2 Worked example

Lesson table; scroll horizontally to read all columns →

Note someone wants to add What the file shows Decision
"The owner approved the five actions." The presentation Keep it
"This export had no medicine name." One file Keep it as that file
"So the other two tills match." No second or third export Do not write that
A headcount per shop The file gives one business figure Do not split it

Synthetic case. The shops stay unnamed. About 9,000 stays the business figure.

Errors and limits

Saying a till is unchecked is not a finding that it sends medicine names. That would be a guess. A later export, if taken, is its own line.

Worked answers

EX065. The approval stands. The one export does not certify the other tills. Do not split about 9,000 customers. Do not name the shops.
