5.1 Two exports, two results
Chapter 4 records a check two weeks after the owner asked the vendor to change the app. That form asked for five fields, and that night's till export carried total spend and non-medicine categories. A classmate treats the sentence as a permanent pass. A later night's file then names insulin. The field name purchase_history can still sit in the points set while the value inside it is a medicine. Sofia writes that this later file failed the content check and leaves the action open. She does not alter lab_loyalty.py, and she does not go back and rewrite the two-week sentence.

Synthetic case. The later insulin line is a teaching file. It is not a second run of the published ten-field print.
Errors and limits
Leaving the action open does not undo the two-week file, and it does not accuse a named patient. This chapter does not decide whether a regulator must be told.
