Learning outcomes

After this chapter, you should be able to:

  1. Repeat both laboratory prints and the open items.
  2. Reject a note that replaces a print or closes an open item.
  3. Name the following subject while this review stays open.

20.1 A note may quote the file. It may not improve the file.

A leaving note may say what was already written. From the account run, keep accounts 7, MFA on 3, the four no MFA lines, and shared accounts: 3. From the checklist run, keep before: 2/8, after: 7/8, and still to do: recovery details up to date. The before pair stays the owner line and "MFA on email". The orders mailbox, the shop admin, and the social page stay shared on the account print even though week four tells a later story about personal logins. The supplier portal stays Rosa's, without a second step, and stays the next account. No recovery number, removal date, permission date, or password is available to copy. Six staff and one shop stay the size. Admin in the narrative stays with Rosa and Mia, and the staff role still cannot change prices or payments. No lockout is filed. Chapter 4's synthesis still says the agreed changes, the checklist, and the short report leave a small business safer and able to keep going alone. That sentence stays. It does not finish the recovery item, and it does not call the shop secure.

Leaving-note sentence Why it fails or stands Decision
"The account print shows 7 accounts, MFA on 3, and 3 shared." The first script May stay
"The checklist moved from 2 of 8 to 7 of 8, and recovery remains." The second script May stay
"The account list was re-run and every row has a second step." No second account run Reject
"Recovery was updated, the portal is done, and the score is 8 of 8." All three are still open or unprinted Reject
"A password, a second shop, and a lockout belong in the note." None of those is filed Reject
"Twenty lessons make the florist secure." The review is still open Reject

Synthetic case. The note is a classroom page about Willow Lane Florist. It is not a notice to customers.

Errors and limits

Twenty English lessons meet Willow Lane Florist's planning minimum and leave this review open. A fresh florist question can still earn its own later Willow Lane Florist lesson. These English chapters do not publish another language edition. Identity and access management stays this course. Network and communications security is the learner's following subject. Open items at the shop stay open on that turn. These chapters do not call the florist secure, and they do not hand anyone a qualification.

Worked answers

EX066. Reject the rewritten account print, the 8/8 line, the updated phone number, the finished portal, and the copied password. Keep accounts 7, MFA on 3, shared 3, before 2/8, after 7/8, and recovery still to do. Twenty lessons meet the planning minimum and leave review open. Do not call the florist secure.
