## Chapter 11 — The supplier portal stays the next account

### Lesson map

Lesson 11. Map, example, EX057.

```mermaid
flowchart TD
  A["Found late: supplier portal willowlane"] --> B["Rosa only, no MFA, not shared"]
  B --> C["Ranked fourth, if time allows"]
  C --> D{"Does the report say it is finished?"}
  D -->|No| E["It stays the next account"]
```

Fourth in the queue is not a completed change.

### Logical drawing

```text
how it was found
    nobody had mentioned it
printed row
    supplier portal, willowlane, Rosa, no MFA, not shared
status in the report
    the next account to secure
    not a line marked done
```

### Learning outcomes

After this chapter, you should be able to:

1. Say how the supplier portal entered the list.
2. Keep its printed flags.
3. Leave it as the next account, not a secured one.

### 11.1 A forgotten service is on the list. It is not in the finished set.

Mia finds the supplier portal by looking beyond what people remember: welcome mail and invoices, the browser's saved sites with Rosa present, and questions to staff. Nobody had mentioned it. She adds it with Rosa's confirmation. The row says the account label is `willowlane`, the user is Rosa, the second-step flag is false, and the shared flag is false. The print says `no MFA: supplier portal (willowlane)` and does not add `- shared`. Chapter 3 ranks it fourth. Rosa asks Mia to finish the first three gaps in week four, and the portal only if time allows. Chapter 4's report then names the supplier portal as the next account to secure. "Next" means it is still ahead. The checklist has no supplier line to flip, and the account script does not show a later true flag. Time allowing is not a sentence that the work was done. The label `willowlane` is this portal's account name. It does not become a second shop, and it does not collect a password.

### 11.2 Worked example

Call it next only while the file still calls it next.

| Fact | Status | Decision |
|---|---|---|
| Forgotten, then added with Rosa's confirmation | Chapter 3 | May stay |
| Rosa, no second step, not shared | The print | May stay |
| Next account in the report | Chapter 4 | May stay |
| "The portal now has a second step." | Not printed | Refuse |

> **Synthetic case.** The portal is a synthetic find. No supplier order is placed.

### Errors and limits

Finding an account is the start of the record. It is not the second step the row still lacks.

### Apply

- **EX057 — Is the portal finished?** The report lists the supplier portal as the next account. The account print shows `willowlane` with no second step, used by Rosa, not shared. Has that row been secured? *Rubric:* 3 = no; it stays the next account; the printed flags stay Rosa, no MFA and not shared; "if time allows" is not a completed change;; 2 = it stays next and the flags stay;; 1 = the rank only;; 0 = none.
