9.1 The role's name says which system is missing

The access listing prints staff (rota needed): 1 of 5. The dictionary gives that role email alone. Ruth's note says some staff who need the rota do not have it. A classmate "fixes" the line by giving those staff the treasurer's five systems, including the bank and social media. The gap is the rota. It is not a reason to hand over payments or the public pages. This lesson does not grant the rota either, because no new listing has been run. The published line stays 1 of 5. Ruth does not edit lab_access.py.

Errors and limits

Keeping the gap visible is not a decision to withhold the rota forever. It stops a wider grant from pretending to be the smaller fix.
